Description (Service)	A resource and telephone support line for individuals and organizations with concerns about the negative impacts of having a criminal record assists individuals who may be unemployed, have immigration problems, are young offenders or intellectually challenged offers individuals direct counselling about the removal of criminal records, legal information, referrals, and reference letters
