Free community drop-in program that offers weekly social hub and lunch

• hot buffet, salad bar, and dessert bar prepared and served by community volunteers
• produce, bread and prepared food giveaway
• emergency clothing and hygiene items available

Community organizations also onsite:

• Support House's Mobile Health Team: free mobile medical clinic with nurse practitioner, weekly, 10 am-3 pm
• Support House Social Worker, Peer Support, and Community Outreach Coordinator: assistance with emergency housing, mental and emotional resources, weekly, 10 am-3 pm
• Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP): weekly, 12 pm - 3 pm
• Halton Housing Help: support to find housing in Halton, bi-weekly as posted, 12 noon-3 pm
• Service Canada: access Service Canada account with photo ID and Social Insurance Number, learn about programs and benefits, last Friday of the month, 12 noon-3 pm
• Burlington Family Health Team: Mobility Aid Clinic and System Navigator, monthly as posted, 12 noon-3 pm
• Centre For Skills Development: free employment services, monthly as posted, 12 noon-3 pm

Fridays
