Events:

  • Sulphur Springs Trail Race (10 km, 20 km, 50 km, 100 km and 100 miles) 
  • Robbie Burns Road Race (8 km)

Hours

Group Runs:

  • Sat 7:45 am: hills or speed work starting at Aldershot Pool, 50 Fairwood Place W
  • Sat 8:30 am: 5-10 km club run at Aldershot Pool, 50 Fairwood Place W 
  • Sun 7 am-8 am: 15-30 km club run at LaSalle Park, 50 North Shore Blvd or other location
  • Thu 6 pm: 3-8 miles at Burlington YMCA, 500 Drury Lane (monthly pub nights at the Poacher)

Sat 10 am: coffee drop-in, Williams Coffee Pub, Power Centre, 1250 Brant St
