Description (Service)	Provides consultation, chemotherapy treatment and follow-up care to patients with a variety of cancers associated with the Juravinski Cancer Centre and part of the Cancer Care Ontario regional system also provides Outpatient Palliative Care support for patients and families Also offers CAREchart@home, an after hours telephone support service for patients undergoing cancer treatment, in partnership with Cancer Care Ontario and CAREpath
