Description and Service Details

Description (Service)	Provides consultation, chemotherapy treatment and follow-up care to patients with a variety of cancers associated with the Juravinski Cancer Centre and part of the Cancer Care Ontario regional system also provides Outpatient Palliative Care support for patients and families CAREchart@home: an after hours telephone support service for patients undergoing cancer treatment provides symptom support for oncology patients receiving systemic and radiation therapy when their local treatment centre is closed offered in partnership with Cancer Care Ontario and CAREpath, a subsidiary of Bayshore Healthcare Ltd.
Hours	Oncology Clinic: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm messages are taken Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm CAREchart@home Mon-Fri 4 pm-8:30 am Sat-Sun and holidays 24 hours
