Physical rehabilitation services for adults with musculoskeletal or neurological conditions

• intended for people who do not otherwise have access to funded physiotherapy services (e.g. extended health benefits, OHIP coverage, workplace injury coverage, motor vehicle injury coverage, active litigation)
• team-based and group-based model of care
• active model of care involving therapeutic exercise, education and self-management
• limted 1-to-1 episodes of care available as indicated
