Description (Service) Education and counselling for people living with or supporting someone affected by Sickle Cell Disease (includes Sickle Cell Anemia, Sickle Cell SC, Sickle Beta Thalassemia and the Sickle Cell Trait)

COVID-19 Relief Fund: Partnered with Ujima Sickle Cell Patient Emergency Fund to help Sickle Cell community members in a financial crisis and unable to buy essential groceries and other items * open to Ontario residents only * application on website
