Description (Service)

Aquatic Centre

  • features two separate pools
  • lap pool is 25 m in length, six lanes wide and 12 ft deep which is ideal for our local synchronized swimmers
  • leisure pool is a warm water pool, perfect for therapeutic programs 

Gymnasium

  • offers 10,000 sq/ft of active space and is ideal for elite and beginner sports
  • two regulation-sized volleyball courts
  • four regulation-sized pickleball/badminton courts
  • one NBA-sized basketball court
  • two youth basketball courts
  • dividing wall for multipurpose activities 

Fitness Centre

  • over 2,000 sq/ft space boasts diverse strength and cardio equipment including a new step rehabilitation stationary bicycle

Group Fitness Studio

  • hardwood sprung floor, natural lighting and floor-to-ceiling mirrors
  • for Pilates, Yoga and strength training programs 

Walking Track

  • Oakville’s largest indoor walking track
  • outer lane is 117 m in length and was built with Mondo high performance flooring 

Meeting Rooms

Eligibility Fitness Centre: 14+ years of age

Swimming:
  • patrons under 6 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or designate, at least 14 years of age and within arms reach at all times
  • Swimming alone, 7-9 years of age who pass the facility swim test, meet height requirements and additional requirements posted at pool, 10+ years of age may enter the pool area unsupervised
  • swimming with a buddy is strongly recommended
